Better-performing Meta ads, because the person running them also builds the creative.

I run paid social for supplement and health e-commerce brands, and make the ad creative in-house. One channel, one category, and one number that matters.

Illustrative maths, not a forecast. One extra point of return is worth your monthly ad spend again, every month.

The service

One service.
Done properly.

Meta ads for supplement and health e-commerce brands. Building, testing and scaling the campaigns, and being accountable for what they return.

Meta's algorithm handles most of the targeting work agencies used to charge for. Creative is the variable that's left, which is why an agreed number of new ad creatives is part of the retainer rather than something you have to commission separately.

I would rather be the best thing in your account at the one thing that moves revenue than spread five services thinly across your budget.

What I don't do

  • Web design
  • SEO
  • Email marketing
  • Organic social
  • Google Ads
  • Influencer outreach

Where the gains come from

Creative is the lever the algorithm can't pull.

Targeting is largely automated now. What still separates a 2x account from a 3x one is the ad itself, and most brands rotate the same four product photos until the audience stops seeing them. These are the three angles that carry this category.

Before & after

The comparison format, built to show change without straying into claims Meta will reject. Strong for first touch, cheap to iterate.

Ingredient story

What's in it and why that matters, told visually. This is the angle that converts the sceptical, higher value buyer.

Customer testimonial

Real customer language, designed properly rather than screenshotted. Carries trust you've already earned into cold traffic.

Every angle is written to what Meta permits for health and supplement advertising. A rejected ad doesn't just cost you a day, it costs the campaign its learning phase. Knowing where that line sits is part of the job here.

Who it's for

Narrow on purpose.

A good fit

  • Supplement, nutrition or health e-commerce
  • Roughly £20k to £100k a month in revenue
  • Already spending on paid, and want it working harder
  • A product people reorder
  • Happy to let creative be tested properly

Not a fit

  • Pre-launch, with no sales data to work from
  • Looking for the cheapest option on the market
  • Wants six services from one supplier
  • Needs organic social managed as well
  • Expecting a result inside three weeks

Close to this but not exactly it? Worth asking anyway. The overlap that matters is a physical product, repeat purchase and money already going into paid social. The category label matters less than that.

How it works

Five steps, every time.

01

Audit

I read the ads you're currently running before we speak, so the first call is about your account rather than a generic pitch. Free, and yours to keep.

02

Access & targets

Ad account access through Business Manager, an agreed budget, agreed targets, a short written agreement, first month up front.

03

Build

Campaign structure, audiences and creative set up against the targets we agreed, sized for every placement.

04

Launch & test

Campaigns go live and get watched. What loses gets killed early, what wins gets more budget and a next iteration.

05

Report

One page each month. Spend, revenue, return, and what changes next. No dashboard you need a login to understand.

Questions

Before you ask.

What does it cost?
Retainers start from £1,000 a month, and include an agreed number of new ad creatives each month built from assets you already own. Once there are results to point at, I'll usually move to a lower base plus a percentage of the revenue the ads generate, so we're paid on the same outcome.
How long is the commitment?
Three months minimum. Meta needs data before it does anything useful, and creative testing needs cycles. Anyone promising to prove themselves in three weeks is guessing.
Do you take a cut of my ad spend?
No. Your budget stays on your card, in your account, and I never touch it. My fee is entirely separate, so if your spend goes up my fee doesn't automatically follow it.
What counts as one ad creative?
One concept, supplied in every placement size it needs. A feed square and a stories vertical of the same idea count once, not twice. We agree the monthly number up front so nobody is counting files. New photography, video shoots and UGC production sit outside that and are quoted per project.
What do you need from me?
Ad account access through Business Manager, your product photography and any video you already have, your brand guidelines, and one person who can approve creative without a committee.
Can you handle Meta's rules on health claims?
Yes, and it's a real part of the value. Supplement advertising sits under stricter policy than most categories. Ads get written to stay inside it, which keeps your account healthy and your campaigns out of review.

Start here

Send me your brand. I'll send back the audit.

Every ad your brand runs is public in the Meta Ad Library. I read yours before we talk, so you get a straight assessment of the account rather than a discovery call about your five year vision.

What you get back

  1. What's running now, and how long each ad has been live
  2. Where the creative loses attention, and on which frame
  3. Any claims putting your account at risk of rejection
  4. Three angles I'd test first, and why those three
  5. An honest answer on whether you need help at all
